At Aurora Wreaths, every item is custom made with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
Items must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• In the original packagingBuyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Include your order number inside or on the parcel
Items must be securely packaged — refunds cannot be issued for poorly packaged returns
Use a recorded delivery service or obtain proof of postage (we are not responsible for lost returns)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
