Returns

At Aurora Wreaths, every item is custom made with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items

  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In their original condition
    • In the original packaging

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Include your order number inside or on the parcel

  • Items must be securely packaged — refunds cannot be issued for poorly packaged returns

  • Use a recorded delivery service or obtain proof of postage (we are not responsible for lost returns)

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at aurorawreaths@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect
